The Martin Residence was an individual project that was completed fall of sophomore year. The task was to design an Art Deco condominium for the Martins with accessible features to successfully age in place. The Martin's love for cooking and jazz music helped inspire the bold design of the condominium. Their love for entertaining influenced the open concept floor plan that's ideal for get togethers. The architecture of the Black Building and local art was also infused into the design.
